Our Services
Analyse how you are currently using your space. Identify your work patterns, space usage and spatial requirements.
To help our clients understand how their current space is being used, we offer workplace consulting. This is an excellent exercise to identify work patterns, space utilisation, and spatial requirements.
This technology will enable you to futureproof your office and maximize its use. Through observational studies and data collection, we collect information to produce heat maps and graphs that can be used to develop design briefs.
This service is available in-house for smaller projects. This allows our design team to create clear client briefs. Special workplace consultants are available to assist with more complex projects.
While a standalone analysis may not produce a brief, this is where our skills and experience can be used to help define the key features that make the workspace successful for our clients.
01
We start by defining your vision. Elements like culture, philosophy, needs of users.
02
Understanding what’s possible in the given space is the key to match, what the space can evolve into.
03
We present our findings in a conclusive manner helping you mitigate any risks before execution.
04
Based on the data and analysis and the redefined expections, we set out to develop a design direction.
01
Our approach is simple. It doesn't have to be difficult to study workplace issues.
Before we begin, we should ask ourselves what we want to do with the data we have collected. How can we make the analysis easy and simple to understand? How can we take the analysis and incorporate them into our design solutions.
02
Data capture is done using both digital and traditional methods. We are flexible and pragmatic in our approach. We are also able to offer advice regarding survey scope and duration.
To measure space usage, technology usage and meeting frequency, home work, and use social hubs, we use heat maps and data collection.
03
We will present all the data in easy-to-understand graphics and graphs so that they can utilised throughout the process and all stakeholders will be able to see the benefits of the analysis.
04
Taking this information to the next step is where we can create real value. Workplace studies have limitations and should not strictly be used as a basis for space plan layouts. By applying our skills and experience to interpret data Rubenius can develop designs to enhance down to the everyday use of the workspace.
