An Iconic structure by means of simple but not frequently used building elements is an important part of this design approach. In the above theme, exclusivity has been explored through the usage of new material – in between the opaque and the transparent – the SEMI-PERMEABLE. The main aim is to cut down the monotony of the modern facades, cladding, and paint by involving interesting textures and patterns and showing a fusion of modern and vernacular materials.
