A UK based south Indian organic restaurant chain owned by Chef Das brings the taste of authentic, home-cooked Southern Indian food to the UK. To establish the chain in India we brought about the open kitchen concept with concealed lighting adding value to the culinary experience of seeing how the dish is prepared until its served on the table. To complete the sensorial brand experience, Rasa’s brand identity was further brought to life with bespoke handmade furniture and biophilia to suggest a natural, wholesome and healthy culinary experience.
